TAKEOVER THEMASOFT BY JAN VEENSTRA

Known as heavyweight in the financial world. With his former company Syntel, which he sold in 2007, he developed banking software. Big companies like BINCK and Alex appealed to him for customized investment software. In over 25 years Jan built a solid reputation where entrepreneurship and reliability are predominant. Clients trusted his company with big projects, because of the strict control on planning and feasibility. The same strict management is now one of the pillars of Themasoft.

Themasoft attended the Screen Event Amsterdam in Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky on September 29, 2011. This is the event when it comes to products and services in financial services. Banking & Finance released a special for this event including an article about 'the new' Themasoft'.
